Ordering

Goods are sold exactly as shown. Additional decorating or numbering is not available.

All orders will be shipped from Canada to Buffalo, N.Y. within 2 business days of when they are received if the items are in stock.

The shipping method you select in the Shopping Cart is from Buffalo, N.Y.

Items that are shown as not in stock will be available to ship during the week indicated. Please check back and order at that time.

Confirmation of your order will be sent to you via e-mail.

Because your order is processed as quickly as possible, we are unable to modify or cancel your order once it is received in our system. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope that in the majority of cases our faster processing times work to your advantage.

Shipping

Orders may only be shipped to destinations in the United States of America.

Shipping method and shipping charges are as selected in your shopping cart.

An e-mail with your UPS tracking number will be sent to you when your order is shipped.

Signature is required when goods are delivered.

Orders over $150.00 (before shipping charges and taxes) to a single destination are shipped at no charge. No charge shipping is via UPS regular ground service.

Return Form 

Payment

We accept Visa and Mastercard for payment of your order.

Credit cards are processed at the time of your order.

Sales taxes will apply to your order depending on where your goods are shipped and according the state laws.

Returns and Refunds

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the goods for a full refund (except shipping charges) within 45 days of purchase. All returned goods must have their original packaging and tags intact and be unworn.

If the item is returned without its original packaging or in a different condition than when we shipped it, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to deduct an appropriate amount from the total cost of the item.

Items claimed to be defective must be returned within 45 days of purchase. We reserve the right to examine the item to determine the length of wear and usage prior to issuing a refund.

If we have shipped you the wrong item, upon receiving the original goods, we will gladly incur the shipping charges for sending out a replacement.

Sale priced items from the Final-Sale Section cannot be returned.

If you need to return goods, please notify our customer service department at store@barbarianrugby.com. You will be e-mailed an electronic return label.

When returning goods, please use the original shipping box. Please include a copy of your original invoice with the returned goods. Simply affix the electronic return label to your package and drop it off at your local UPS location. Your package will be returned to us free of charge via UPS. UPS drop off locations can be found at www.ups.com.

Refunds will only be credited to the credit card used to make the original purchase.

You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.
